You’ll experience a chef-curated progression featuring hamachi crudo with Aveta Sauvignon Blanc, butter-poached lobster with Karia Chardonnay, herb-crusted lamb with Artemis and FAY Cabernet Sauvignon, and dry-aged beef tenderloin alongside CASK 23 and S.L.V.
